the without as the within;   the "This is That"

 Sunday Day of Pentecost 2-16, Inspired to share the words, or the phrase the speaker repeated this morning at church. The "this is that"; Not sure the meaning, but he was so confident as he quoted it,, and others around me seemed to sincerely connect each the phrase was spoken. 

These words really seemed to stick with me today...I stumbled on a similar phrase on the same day, & it inspired me to share as I reflect on the past week, & it's possible relevance to me.
